I started my own Japanese online language school since 2022.
I was born in New York and raised in Japan.
I've been studying English since I was a junior high school student.
However it was so hard for me to learn a new language.
So that's why I'm here! I'll teach Japanese in English and Japanese
based on your level.
I'm looking forward to teaching you guys soon:)
My work experience.
・I graduated from Showa Women's University Department of Japanese Language and Literature.
・I've been teaching Japanese since 2019 in LA and I've taught many students from various countries.
・I'm a qualified Japanese teacher with a certificate from Japan Agency for cultural Affairs.
・I've taught Japanese at the LA Anime Expo and at the San Diego Comic-con.
・Japanese language instructor at a university in the U.S.

At Lisa Japanese Online School, we tailor our lessons to the needs of each student in a fun, relaxed style.
All levels from Beginners to Advanced are welcome!
Rather than passive learning and memorization, I stress active engagement with Japanese, and building
good language production skills. My approach encourages students to practice speaking in order to apply
new grammar and vocabulary. Mistakes are part of the process, and I aim to make learning through
conversation completely stress-free by ensuring my students never get lost in the material, and feel good
about being corrected. I look forward to making learning Japanese a fun and enjoyable experience for you!

Trial Lesson
50min for $35

2.This is a one-on-one session.
3.Payment must be made before you take a lesson. After we confirm your payment, we'll secure your seat.
4.Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations requested after this point cannot be refunded.
Enrollment Fee
$50
1.This is ONE TIME fee. If you'd like to continue studying with us after taking a trial lesson, we ask for a one time fee of $50.
2.Please follow the rules in our school policy form.
3.This fee cannot be refunded.
Private Lesson
60min for $55
1.This is a one-on-one session.
2. In addition to our curriculum, we can also include any subjects students are interested in.
3.Payment must be made before you take a lessons.After we confirm your payment, we'll secure your seat.
4.In the event of cancellation, fees cannot be refunded.
5.Rescheduling must be requested with at least 24 hours notice.
Please note: Unused credit for any cancelled lessons will remain valid for a period of 1 year from the date of the last lesson taken. (For example: If a lesson is taken on 8/1, pre-purchased credit for the next lesson will be usable until 8/1 of the following year)
Semi Private Lesson
70min for $50/per-person
1.Normally this is for two students.
If you'd like to study three, four and so on, please feel free to contact us.
